About Eric Hughes
Eric Hughes, a lawyer in Arkadelphia, Arkansas, has devoted the last fifteen years to a wide-ranging litigation practice. His practice has involved federal Multi-District Litigation, utility company representation in litigation matters, representation of natural resource developers, including for the acquisition of property rights, development and construction contracts, and financing.
Eric graduated from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 1995, and since then, in addition to his litigation practice he has lectured on claims and litigation matters. Among his other professional association activities, Eric is the Vice-Chair for Technology of the Energy and Natural Resources Market Regulation Committee of the Energy, Environment and Resources Section of the American Bar Association.
